Then, join us for a dreamDIGEST LIVE on Tuesday, 9/1 at 7pm. Catch up with your fellow dreamers, hear what we have on tap for fall, and listen to our special guest, Dave Ross of Tarot and Tequila. We could all use a dose of his wisdom (and prediction?) right about now. B.Y.O.T. In his words:

Our NJ client, Bell Works, is seeking two Brand Ambassadors to support their upcoming summer event initiatives at their Holmdel, NJ location. The right person will be local, driven, charismatic and professional, as well as possess terrific people skills. The role will start ASAP and continue through the month of August and possibly through September at 10-15 hours per week. We expect the hourly rate to be $15/hr.

Our client, a luxury retail brand, is seeking a Freelance Operations Assistant for their Washington D.C. store at the City Center. The candidate must have strong operational experience as this role will largely assist with shipping, receiving and back of house. Experience with sales is preferred as well. We expect the hourly rate to be around $18/hr.

Our NJ client, a consumer products company, is seeking an experienced, full-time Driver for the company's President. The typical route will be from Allenhurst, NJ to Newark, and occasionally from Brooklyn to Newark during work hours, typically 8am-6pm. In addition to driving, the individual would be asked to run errands which might include going to the bank, picking something up at the store, etc. The Driver will be driving the President's car and should be a non smoker. We expect the salary to be $40-50K.

Our NJ client, a mortgage lending firm, is in need of a full time Administrative Assistant for their Tinton Falls, NJ office. Experience with client relations, managing calendars, setting timelines and protocol would be a terrific help. The ideal candidate will be organized and professional, as well as proficient in excel, data entry and business strategy. Experience in Mortgage, Banking, Loan, Real Estate is a plus. This role can be done virtually, but local is preferred. We expect the salary to be BOE.

The firm is also seeking a Mortgage Processor (or two) to perform processing of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA mortgage loans including a detailed review of the residential mortgage loan application and documentation as submitted to ensure loans meet guidelines. The right candidate will be someone who can analyze credit, and is fluent in income and asset documentation, collateral, fraud prevention tools, and other applicable documentation as required to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance. The job is a 40 hour week position based in Tinton Falls, NJ, but the team is flexible about virtual work, schedule, and whether the hire is local. Ideally, we will be screening and submitting candidates for a phone call interview followed by zoom/in person if applicable and a strong goal to onboard in August. They are willing to hire from similar industry, but experience in Mortgage, Banking, Loan, Real Estate would be a great plus. Salary is BOE

Our NYC client, a baby clothing company, is seeking a Wholesale Specialty Store Account Executive to cultivate current and new specialty store accounts to increase market share through detailed account management and proactive engagement, including merchandising, prospecting and implementing an effective re-order process. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in baby/layette/toddler apparel. The position is currently virtual, but soon hope to be back in the NYC offices and/or handling the specialty store business on the eastern seaboard. We expect the salary to be BOE.
