CORDOVA TEAMS WIN BIG AT ALASKA'S TSUNAMI BOWL

Last month, two teams from Cordova High School competed at the Alaska Regional Tsunami BowlBoth teams received high marks and recognition in a number of categories.

The Yeti Crabs took first place overall, which means they will go on to compete in the National Ocean Sciences Bowl finals in Boulder, CO in April!

OCEAN TRACKING NETWORK RESEARCH CRUISE

Dr. Mary Anne Bishop and three research assistants from the Prince William Sound Science Center recently spent six days uploading data and maintaining the Ocean Tracking Network acoustic arrays that track tagged fish and animals at the main entrances to Prince William Sound.

Looking for fun and adventure?  Check out our 2018 summer camp programs

We have day camps and overnight camps for kids ranging from grades 3 through 12. 

Through camp experiences, we'll hike in the rainforest, observe glaciers up close, canoe through the wetlands, and explore the tide pools and ocean.

Scholarships are available.
