Hey everyone! Whether you’re returning or just joining us for the first time, welcome to campus! We hope you've had a great first week of classes!
We are Questrom's Center for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, and we are committed to serving the Questrom community through ongoing diversity education, identity conscious programs, community building initiatives, and equity focused solutions. Through the lens of community empowerment, we at the Center look to provide opportunities for students to develop their personal capacities to create meaningful change and build value for the world.
We know that so much of our success and strength stems from our community – one where we are connected by our differences and seek to bring all of who we are to business. myQuestrom is our stated commitment to strive for diversity, equity, and inclusion in everything we do. All of Questrom is working together towards one common goal: to make Questrom a place where we are all seen, valued, and appreciated. myQuestrom means all of us.
We hope to see you at some of our upcoming events (see below!) and in our physical space, HAR 205 on the 2nd Floor of Questrom. Come check out our DEI Library, grab a cuppa from our Tea Cart, and enjoy snacks from our Community Fridge!
Wishing you all the best!

Questrom Ascend Fellowship | |
Established in 2017, Ascend is the flagship program at Questrom’s Center for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Dedicated to serving all members of Questrom’s student communities, the Center offers ongoing diversity education, identity-conscious programs, community-building initiatives, and equity-focused solutions.
Ascend Fellows promote personal and professional growth through engagement with inclusive leadership skills, financial education, and identity-specific career exploration. The program is foundational, with conversations centered on race, class, and the navigation of business by professionals from historically under-invested communities.
All students are welcome to apply. Current Ascend Fellows come from a diverse range of backgrounds, including those who identify as Black, Latine, Hispanic, Indigenous, Pacific Islander, Asian, Biracial, Mixed Race, Multiracial, and First-Generation College Students.
Current Questrom students are invited to apply to join the Ascend program! The application for the 2024-2025 cycle is now open! Click here to apply by October 1st!
