The inaugural CACM  LA Holiday Party  was a big success. The Beverly Wilshire Hotel was amazing and the guests had a great time, as did the NorCal Holiday Party  attendees at the Fairmont-Claremont Hotel in Berkeley. Last up is the  SoCal Holiday Party  at the beautiful Balboa Bay Resort in Newport Beach. I hope to see many of you there.

But wait, there’s more. We are holding the first  CACM Member Appreciation Open House December 18 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the corporate office. I hope you can attend!

Ring In The New Year With Us
But wait, there’s EVEN more. We are holding an inaugural  New Year's Party in Coachella Valley  on January 10 AND a New Year's Party in San Diego on January 24 (more information will be coming soon).

Statewide Golf Tournaments
And if all of this wasn't exciting enough, CACM is planning a NorCal Golf Tournament on Friday, May 15, AND a Coachella Valley Golf Tournament on Monday, May 18, in addition to continuing our Trick or Tee Golf Tournament in Orange County on Monday, October 26.

Vision Award Nominees
All of this is in addition to the Law Seminar and Expos ( #NCLSE20  and #SCLSE20 ), both of which will have a spectacular Vision Award Show on Thursday evening. We received over 52 ward nominees this year, the most in so many years! Some of these nominations were offered by some you, our valued Industry Partners that support our managers and management companies’ day in and day out. So, thank you!

The Vision Award Show
The Vision Award Show is being held the Thursday evening of the Law Seminar and Expo. Many of you, as I have previously said, asked to partner with us for an after party. I heard you, and we did just that. Both NorCal (or #NCLSE20) and SoCal (or #SCLSE20) will include an award ceremony where Industry Partner sponsors, hopefully you, will have the opportunity to introduce the nominees and provide the winning award to the recipient on stage.

Vision Award After Party
The award ceremony will be followed by a live band and dancing the night away! We have chosen some great bands to help kick off the New Year events at the Law Seminars. As a reminder, please limit your evening events to the hours prior to the award show so there is no conflict of events.

The holidays are upon us. From me personally, and on behalf of your team at CACM and the Board of Directors, we wish you all a very Merry Christmas, a very Happy Holiday Season and a very Happy, Healthy and Successful New Year! Thank you for letting us serve you.

Spreading some holiday cheer
You asked and we answered. We have hosted two holiday parties so far: one in Northern California and one in Los Angeles. Our Orange County Party is this coming Thursday! So far we've collected toys for Children's Hospital Los Angeles and blankets and books for Project Night Night to benefit homeless children in the Bay Area. Thank you to all of our members who generously brought items to donate. If you missed these events, check out our photo galleries!
Meet our new Director of Membership
Please help us welcome our newest addition, Kelly Becker. Kelly joined us last month as Director of Membership. She became familiar with CACM as a participant and sponsor of our events. She's taking over the role from Melissa Hurtado, who is now the Director of Events as well as Vice President of CACM. Kelly can be reached at kbecker@cacm.org .

Interested in being a host location in 2020?
The Education and Credentialing Department is looking for industry partners who would be interested in being a host location for our educational courses in 2020. You would need to have a conference room big enough to hold at least 20 people. Locations in Orange County are especially needed. Please contact Education and Credentialing Administrator Patty Sedia if you're interested at psedia@cacm.org .
