CANCELLATION POLICY: Just a reminder that any requests to cancel need to be done (via email) by May 1. We will refund your registration fee, minus $100 (and the transaction fee that goes to GetMeRegistered and not us.)
After May 1, no refunds will be issued. We will allow transfers (that you find), pending our approval as we have to have them do things like sign the waiver and provide us contact information. Remember, we no longer have a wait list so please do NOT ask us to find you a replacement.
COMMEMORATIVE BIKE JERSEY: We are happy to be offering a 50th Anniversary biking jersey for sale ahead of the bike tour. We will be taking online orders through April 25. There are 5 options to pick from (long sleeve, short sleeve, and sleeveless, as well as a jacket and vest.) Click HERE for more info on how to order. Jerseys will be shipped directly to you. Note: Shipping is free on orders that total over $200, in case you want to pair your order with a friend or family member's order to avoid the shipping costs.
As a reminder, EVERYONE gets a FREE wick away t-shirt as a part of your registration for the bike tour (available for pick up at check in your first day.)
HOTELS: If you are doing the weeklong option AND staying in a hotel for at least 1 night, please help us keep track of your luggage by having 1 person from your group fill out this HOTEL FORM. Luggage transport to and from hotels is $5/day or $20/week per person payable at the bike tour the first day. If anyone is having issues with booking hotels, please contact us.
TOWEL SERVICE: Want a clean dry towel each day of the tour? Try out our towel service. Reserve a spot HERE. Pay for it the first day on the tour.
CONNECTING WITH OTHER RIDERS: One of our veteran riders oversees a chat group page on Facebook, called TOM's Chain Gang, where you can introduce yourself, ask each other questions, etc. NOTE: This group is NOT an official part of the Tour of MN. We have our own separate FB page.
Look for another message on May 15 with info about the routes (maps and turn-by-turn directions), menu, and communications. Check out the tabs below!
