Now that we’ve made it through Winter, people are starting to look forward to warm weather activities. As more things compete for their time, you need to make your communications to them informative, but also quick to read.
In this month’s webinar, we’ll talk about how you can promote self-service options for busy pet owners. In addition, we’ll show your staff how to make use of your technology products to promote activities and services pet owners can be involved with over the summer months.

How do your customers rate you?

Criticism can be hard to take, both on a personal and professional level. But sometimes we have to take a hard look at what people REALLY think about the job we’re doing, and then act on that feedback.
The best way to open that door for feedback is to provide surveys to your customers. Sometimes, all you want is just a quick rating on where you stand. For feedback like that, we’ll talk about the survey feature included in ePetHealth. 
For fine-tuning this simple survey, from the Client Communication menu in ePetHealth, choose Surveys .
You’ll notice that you have two choices for enabling the surveys. The first check box will enable email surveys to be sent two days after services were performed for a patient. The second option allows for pet owners to submit a survey themselves when they log into the ePetHealth Pet Owner Portal.

Once you’ve enabled surveys, and chosen the Client Types that should receive surveys, you’ll have the opportunity to add or modify the questions in the various categories.
From there, it's simply monitoring the feedback coming in and taking action accordingly! 

In next month's ePet newsletter, we'll expand further on this concept. As there are times when you not only want feedback to come directly to you, but you also want to give customers the opportunity to post POSITIVE feedback about your practice to online review sites like Google or Yelp. We’ll go through how Reputation Builder can be beneficial for that in next month's newsletter, so stay tuned!
