How do your customers rate you? (Part 2)
As we discussed in March's newsletter , the best way to open the door for feedback is to provide surveys to your customers. Sometimes, all you want is just a quick rating on where you stand. Last month we communicated how ePetHealth has a good survey tool for feedback like that included in the base ePetHealth package. 

There are times however, where you would like to give customers the opportunity to post direct, positive feedback about your practice to online review sites like Google or Yelp. Reputation Builder is the premier tool available to you as a Patterson Veterinary technology customer. 

With Reputation Builder, you can monitor how your online reviews are going, and build as many different types of surveys as you would like. Your review information is easily tracked, as seen below:
When you start the process to create a survey, it’s an easy to follow wizard process…..
Maybe you’ve just started offering some new services. You could build your survey based on that to solicit the feedback you are looking for…..
Once you answer a few more questions in the wizard, you’ll be able to start building your survey questions…..
Once the surveys have been sent, and you start to receive feedback, you can utilize Reputation Builder to direct clients with positive feedback to your various online review sites to build your online reviews and reputation. 

Should any negative feedback come in, you’ll be alerted via email and text and be able to address proactively and without them going directly to a rating site.
