A developer is requesting to build on 13 acres at the former Twin Cities Mall site on U.S. 1 and Northlake Boulevard. This animated video of the potential layout was shown to the Village Council Thursday to give an idea of what the development might look like. No final plan or design has been approved, and the Council asked the developer to reduce the number of stories on the proposed buildings along U.S. 1.
