TCS kindergarteners looking forward to Bird Village
Last week, Councilmember Lisa Interlandi and Environmental Committee members Mary Phillips and Kendra Zellner, along with Village Manager Chuck Huff, had the pleasure of visiting The Conservatory School to engage with an enthusiastic group of kindergartners. The purpose of the visit was to witness the remarkable efforts of these young learners as they delved into environmental studies.
Among the highlights of their learning journey was the creation of bird houses intended for the new Bird Village at the Community Center Park. It was heartwarming to see the children actively involved in hands-on projects that contribute to the local ecosystem.
The presence of parents and grandparents made the morning even better and fostered an intergenerational learning experience about environmental stewardship.
A special thanks goes to Ms. Yesenia Cusell, whose dedication made the morning visit possible. Her guidance as the children's teacher not only facilitated the exploration of nature's wonders but also instilled in the children a profound appreciation for the beauty of our natural environment.

Now, garage sales are limited to two times a year, for no more than two consecutive days. they can begin at 8 a.m., but the party stops at 9 p.m. sharp! Click the link provided to get a permit.
