REPLAY: Pronouns, Salutations and Gender-Neutral Language in the Legal System

July 24, Webinar

11:30 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.

1.7 EIJ

Join us for a webinar addressing the recent New Mexico Supreme Court Order regarding use of personal pronouns and salutations, and explore how that Order will impact rules of practice and procedure. In this session, attendees will dive into pronouns and gender-neutral language, learn how to implement gender-neutral language in their work, and understand that these changes can take a lot of practice. Using correct names and pronouns actually contributes to suicide prevention with trans and non-binary people and also requires a huge shift for most of us.
