reminder: annual owner certifications due by february 15th

Submissions available only through Insight

Beginning in 2024, CHFA is requiring that Annual Owner Certifications for the Housing Tax Credit and CHFA multifamily loan programs be submitted through Insight, which requires Owner registration to electronically submit and sign. Like other state HFAs, CHFA has moved to an electronic AOC process to improve accuracy and efficiency and to reduce time spent on corrections.

How to submit your AOC(s)

Please refer to Section 5 of the updated Insight User Guide for detailed instructions for submitting your AOC through Insight. The Guide has been updated with step-by-step instructions and screenshots, as well as helpful tips to successfully complete your property’s AOC.
