draft 2025-2026 qualified allocation plan and public hearings

The draft 2025-2026 Housing Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and a summary of changes are now available on CHFA’s website. To seek input on proposed changes to the QAP, CHFA will hold three public hearings:

• Wednesday, June 26, 2024
  11:00am to 12:00pm

• Wednesday, July 3, 2024
  2:00pm to 3:00pm
  CHFA’s Western Slope office: 348 Main Street, Grand Junction, CO 81501
  
  
• Wednesday, August 14, 2024
  10:00am to 11:00am

If you are unable to attend any of these hearings, written comments will be accepted through Friday, August 30, 2024, and should be submitted at: https://url.chfainfo.com/QAP-comments.
