Wellness Tip: Take five minutes to think about someone you love who makes you feel safe. Grounding ourselves in that reality can help us cope when things are overwhelming.

allcove Beach Cities on NBC California Live!

Accessing mental health resources can feel overwhelming and allcove Beach Cities is on a mission to make it easier for young adults to get help. NBC California Live’s Amber Pfister was in Redondo Beach to learn how the center is helping its local community find support, advice or even just a moment of pause.

Yara E., allcove Beach Cities Youth Advisory Group member, and Ali Steward, Chief Partnership Development Officer spoke with NBC's California Live’s about all things allcove. Thank you to Amber and the NBC California Live team for coming out and sharing allcove Beach Cities with California! View original video here
