Mel advises it's a communication breakdown. The manager should've given clearer feedback sooner.
But, Newbie Nearly Nuked might've rubbed colleagues wrong. Mel suggests Newbie work on "reading the room" - picking up on non-verbal cues and adjusting communication style.
It's a tough lesson, but a chance to develop communication skills for future success.
