Please remember to pray for…
- ECEC School parent, Jeffery Martinez, has just tested positive for COVID. The entire family is in quarantine. Please pray for Jeffery that he has a mild case and for safety of the rest of the family.
- Zion School Parent, Melissa Ferguson, has a praise report that as of this week she has completed 2 of 3 chemo treatments! This has been the hardest week on her and has spent a lot of time in bed. She is weak and tired, as the chemo is taking a toll on her body, especially her tummy. She will be going to the doctors to hopefully get some pain relief for her body. Please continue to pray for pain relief, a complete healing and rest for her body and soul. We keep our HOPE in Christ! This is Melissa's Victory Verse: Jeremiah 29:11
- Calvin Jin, friend of Glenda Flora, as he deals with a serious medical diagnosis, for the guidance and talent of his doctors and the loving support and faith of his family.
- Jose Luis Salazar Milla, nephew of Ernilda Milla, is a farmer in Peru. In March he lost all his harvest due to the wholesale market closures from COVID-19. Prayers for more opportunity to sell his crops and for the bank to stop increasing interest on his loan payments for the months of April and May.
- Continued prayers for Jackie Salonisen, who is now home with hospice care. May God who understands each and every need, who listens to every prayer, bless and keep Jackie and her family in His tender loving care.
- Infection rates to slow and cease; that those who have been infected will heal quickly; that healthcare staff and first responders will be sustained as they carry this very heavy burden; that our churches, schools and preschools would be sustained and reliant on our loving God and His guidance; for courage and peace for our pastors, lay leaders, church and school administrators, faculties, and all church and school workers who are making difficult decisions, creating innovative solutions for continuing to reach people for the sake of the Gospel; for our federal, state and local leaders to seek God's will as they make important decisions and take actions against this disease; for God to bring many, many people to faith through this situation, and that His Church would be more effective than ever in sharing the Gospel with the lost and loving our neighbors.
- All our church and school families. We pray for our families whose members are on the front lines working in health care, law enforcement, public service, food industries / services, new media, financial institutions, construction, safety, sanitation and many more. We pray for our families who are worried about finances, and for our families who have health concerns.
Praise Reports & Thank You’s
- Thank You to the Zion Family for all the prayers for my parents. They are able to visit for a little while everyday now. Both of them are so grateful for their precious time together. - Lisa Kott

Zion is Offering Communion @ Home Kits
|
|
Have You Missed Communion?
|
Zion Elders want to extend the opportunity to share in Holy Communion during social distancing.
We are hoping to do all we can by offering this resource for those that are unable to make it to church or just not ready to return to the church for physical worship and communion. We want you to remain safe and secure in every decision you make.
In doing so, we would like to offer you with the opportunity for a home delivery kit of the Communion Elements, followed up by a call from a Zion Elder who will administer communion with you over the phone.
|
|
Once you're request form has been submitted you will receive a confirmation email from Google Forms. Zion will then contact you to set up a time to drive over and deliver the kit to your home.
