We need more Youth Delegates for our Youth Takeover of the Santa Clara County Democratic Central Committee, on Thursday, July 11, 2024, 7pm-9pm, at the County Building, 70 W Hedding St, San Jose, CA 95110.
Any local high school or college aged youth are welcome to participate.

Our Youth Takeover is a great opportunity for local youth to have their voice be heard within our local Democratic Party. Youth Delegates will have the opportunity to introduce and vote on resolutions, which will be presented to the Central Committee as a consent calendar at the end of the meeting. Resolutions approved by consent will become the official position of the Santa Clara County Democratic Party.
As an added bonus, we expect to be joined by Giovanni Chavez, President of the California Young Democrats, who will speak to our delegates about the many critical ways in which young Democrats contribute to the successes of our party and our candidates.
