A NOTE FROM BOBBY PATTON, DIRECTOR OF YOUTH MINISTRY

Hello Christ Church Family!

Happy Derby Day/Star Wars Day/Cinco De Mayo! (Wow - that’s a lot crammed into one weekend.) Whatever your plans are for celebrations over the next few days, we want to remind you that this Sunday evening is our last Youth Group of this school year. As such, we are throwing a big Cinco De Mayo party with Salsaritas!

Even though we'll be finished meeting on Sunday evenings, we still have lots of fun activities planned through May and the summer. Check out the website at ccum.net/youth for the full list and be sure to sign up below for the May events!

4 pm - Choir Tour Rehearsals

HS Handbells at 4 pm in the Handbell room and One Voice at 5 pm in the Choir Room. 8th graders participating in the Choir Tour are also included.

6 pm - Last Sunday Evening Youth Group for the semester! Join us as we celebrate Cinco De Mayo!

Wednesday Night Hang Out

Join us for gaming, hanging out, or whatever other interests you have. This time is just for you! Wednesday nights, 6 - 7:30 pm in the Youth Center.

• May 14 - High School Students are invited to an Escape Room Experience at Breakout Games
• May 31 - Color War: Invite your friends for this messy and colorful event. Cost is $10.

Choir Tour 2024: June 5 - 9

One Voice and the High School Handbells will soon be embarking on their annual summer tour! They will serve, sing and ring in Eastern Kentucky and West Virginia, sharing the love of Jesus through music, serving ministries and working hard to improve the community. All high schoolers, as well as 8th graders are invited to attend. Please register here!

VBS Volunteer Registration

We are so thankful to all of our youth volunteers who helped make last year's Vacation Bible School such a success! This year's VBS: Wake Up, Samuel! is July 8-11 and volunteer registration is open. Click here to sign up!
