Inspirational Note...
In 2016 a Satsang held in the divine presence at Suffolk, UK. A devotee asked how to protect oneself from negativity.

And here is what Swami said:

What is the nature of negativity? Darkness is the absence of light. Negative feelings are the absence of positive feelings. What happens if you go into a dark room? You just light the lamp and the darkness vanishes. You don’t have to wait for the sun to rise; wherever you carry the lamp, you will see the brightness. Hence, if you keep yourself positive, amidst all the negativity, you will remain positive. What is the way to keep yourself positive? Always remind yourself that you are Divine, and the Divine cannot be affected by anything. If you spit at the sky, will the sky become blemished? No. Just the same, your divine nature is always pure and cannot be affected by anything. So, truly believe in it. Keep the flame of Divinity glowing; when walking into any dark corner, it will soon become bright for you. Within yourself, remind yourself, ‘I am Divine, my nature is positivity, my nature is love and I cannot be affected by all this. The mind may become affected, but my spirit, which is Divine, cannot be touched by anything.’ If you keep reminding yourself of this, you will always remain positive.

GEO-AWARENESS
On November 4, 2018, the youth from Italy met for a trip with members and friends of the association “Alchimia”, founded by people with minor mental disabilities and by their families. A visit to the Roman Historical Complex called “Terme di Caracalla” in Rome was organised where Italian sculptor, Mauro Staccioli’s exhibition was set. The youth and their friends could directly experience the vision of the artist about “man and environment” in this fabulous frame. The topic was deepened, reminding them of some talks that developed during previous activities.
Transformation
Living His Presence in Our Ordinary Lives
When I was younger, I was a little bit rebellious and a little bit of a hippie. At the time, I just wanted to hang out with my friends and have fun and I was almost never home. In 2001, after I finished my studies, I went to India for the first time and spent five months there...
This is possible only if we give others our best, to feel deeply that we all are a part of the same body and that our connection is nothing else but pure and selfless Love. The only thing that makes life full and worthy to be lived is the awareness of this Love, knowing there are no separations and acting in accordance with it. While we open our hearts to Swami, as long as we offer our minds and hands to work for Him, He takes the reins of our lives, guiding us towards the highest achievements step by step!
