Hi Again!

Sorry to send you two emails in one week but I wanted to share two things with you so you can plan accordingly in terms of information, logistics, and budget. Both of these items will be available to order by April 1 with a deadline for ordering and payment of April 30. Everything should arrive in late-May and we will communicate a plan on how you may pick-up the items (in the Madison area) or we will ship them to you at cost.

• We will be offering a synod t-shirt for everyone to order. The cost will be $10.00 each. They are the Cavas brand t-shirts in a maroon heather color with a custom design for our synod on the front.**

• We have also decided to offer a custom synod clear bag that will follow the Gathering policy for entry into the Convention Center and Superdome. The cost will be $5.00 each.

We really hope you will at least consider the synod t-shirt for your group. Our goal would be to have all 390+ of us represented well as a synod one day of the Gathering in matching shirts.

**There may be a possibility of our offering a Wisconsin shirt as well that represents all of the six WI/Northern MI synods on our "synod day". I anticipate the cost for these to actually be as low as $7.50 each due tot he quantity. More information will follow on those as soon as I have it.
