This email is all about dates!

First, today is the day! ELCA Youth Gathering registration officially closes today. Today is your last day to ADD anyone new to your registration. You then will have until Tuesday, April 30 to make any changes to your congregational information, finalize your rooming lists, and pay your final balance.

Below you will find a list of the important dates you need to know leading up to the Gathering including new Adult Leader meetings hosted by the synod on June 5 or 11. These meetings will provide an opportunity to ask questions and learn best practices. We are asking that at least ONE adult leader from each congregation attend one of the meetings.

Key Dates

• Today, April 15, 2024: Gathering registration closes. Last day to add anyone to your group.

• Today, April 15, 2024: Flight manifests due from those flying with the synod.

• April 17, 2024: "What To Expect" webinar hosted by ELCA Youth Gathering staff. Register online here.

• April 30, 2024: Final day to make any changes to your Gathering registration and pay all final balances online. All congregation details are considered final after this date.

• April 30, 2024: Synod "Swag" Orders Due @ https://scsw-elca.org/elcayg2024/order/. Payment deadline is May 10, 2024.

• April 30, 2024: Payment due for those flying with the SCSW.

• May 1, 2024: "Logistics" webinar hosted by ELCA Youth Gathering staff. Register online here.

• May 1, 2024: Required Adult Leader online training courses released via gLearn portal. All registered adults will be emailed information. Completion is mandatory and is to be completed by June 15.

• May 15, 2024: Final details released in congregational online portals.

• *NEW* June 5, 2024: Synod Gathering adult leader meeting via Zoom at 7:00 p.m.

• *NEW* June 11, 2024: Synod Gathering adult leader meeting in-person (@Synod Office in Madison) AND Zoom at 1:00 p.m.

• June 11 & 12, 2024: Synod Gathering "Swag" available for pick-up @ Synod Office in Madison during office hours.

• June 27, 2024: "Final Q&A" webinar hosted by ELCA Youth Gathering staff. Register online here.
