Come meet the Leaders of IREM GA and other real estate professionals! Be ready for a good time in a relaxed environment and tour the One Atlantic Center building (Midtown's first Skyscraper) managed by IREM GA's Jansen Trentham - if you would like!

Committee displays, Silent Auction, Food, and Drinks. Proceeds to cover the 10K donation made to the IREM Foundation. They donated over 30K last year to our members. Admissions - Pre-registration required. Bring a group or your plus one! Would love for you to bring someone that you feel could benefit from the Institute of Real Estate Management's Ga Chapter for gold standard training and exceptional netweaving opportunities. Earn 10K IREM GA Bucks for those registering and entering your name for how they heard about the event.

Business attire or cocktail clothing.

Bring a non-member and we will be having a drawing for $100 if they want to join IREM.

To drive donations to the IREM Foundation in 2024 through the IREM Georgia chapter, we will be hosting our annual Silent Auction during the Open House and Wine Social on 8/2/24!

If you can or cannot attend: You can still help the Foundation that helped IREM GA members get over 30K in Scholarships or grants last year!

Here’s how it works….it’s super easy!

Step 1: Purchase an item from the IREM Georgia Registry in Amazon

Follow this Silent Auction link below to purchase an item (or items) though our Amazon Gift Page that will be donated to IREM Georgia. These would be items that you know are nifty and other people will equally like. The amount you spend will be multiplied by 10K IREM GA Bucks and when it sells, you will also get additional bucks.

PLEASE select IREM GA, as the delivery site. Items will be shipped to the IREM Georgia office and the address is pre-registered with Amazon.

Step 2: Get Ready for some Auction Time at the Open House

On August 2^nd, 2024 (during the IREM GA Open House), we’ll be auctioning off each item donated in combination with Heritage Auction.
