| Randy Credico - Left, of course... |
 |
Randy Credico host of
Randy Credico, Live on the Fly( Tues., 5-6pm), will be appearing on Nicleodeon as the voice of H.R. Pufnstuf, from the children's TV series of the same name that ran from 1969-1972 and is coming to "Mutt & Stuff" in a special crossover episode that merges the world's of the two shows created by Sid and Marty Krofft.
If you're worried that "Mutt & Stuff" is about to take an LSD-fueled turn, the Kroftts have always said that "H.R. Pufnstuff" had nothing to do with drugs or drug usage.
"We did not intentionally do anything related to drugs in the story. People thought we were on drugs. You can't do good television while on drugs. ... If we did the drugs everybody thought we did, we'd be dead today," Marty Krofft told the
St. Louis Post-Dispatch in 2004.
