In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we checked in with a local mental health professional at United Way partner agency, National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) St. Louis, to discuss some important topics around mental health today.

Pace Setters

Members of Leadership Giving and de Tocqueville Societies and nonprofit agency partners came together for a Derby-themed celebration and helped set the pace for our upcoming fall campaign with a total of $130,810 in early pledges! A Second Chance

At a young age, negative influences surrounding Maurice started to take control of his life and led to his imprisonment. After his time served, he was a determined and changed man but faced the harsh reality of society seeing him otherwise. That’s where partner agency, Mission: St. Louis stepped in.

Power of the Purse

Our 7th annual Power of the Purse event raised $16,500 to benefit United Way-funded agencies! Hosted by our Illinois Division, the event consisted of delicious treats, a purse auction, and a showcase of handbags. Thank you for helping our neighbors! See photos from the event here. 

Gateway Grizzlies Tickets
