Health & Wellness

Monthly Hike

Wed., Oct. 18 at 9:45 am

Leon Sinks trails are open, and the weather is perfect for this 3-4 mile hike! Invite your friends - we will have 3 hike leaders.

"This beautiful park is located right off US 319 south of Tallahassee, and contains miles of trails leading to a series of sinkholes, big and small. The unique terrain that consists of underlying limestone has created a landscape referred to as karst topography, which is rich with impressive geological features like sinkholes, depressions, and natural bridges." -Visit Tallahassee

Please read hike information here.

Bring a water bottle and bug spray. Wear sturdy, athletic or hiking shoes. Pre-registration not required. $3.00 per hike - bring exact change or a prepaid fitness card. Plus $5 entrance fee per vehicle, or National Park pass required.
