We're thrilled to have Two-Step return to the Senior Center! Whether you're coming solo or with friends, you'll have the chance to practice your moves in a fun atmosphere!

Instructor Rick Miller is a 4-time UCWDC Champion and has over 20 years of teaching.

Silver Stars

Join us for the Silver Stars Awards!

We celebrate the 22nd Annual Silver Stars on May 9 at FSU's Dunlap Champions Club. As outstanding role models with unique stories and life achievements, the Silver Stars are recognized for exemplifying active aging and making positive contributions to the community.

Quilters making a difference

Our quilting group has been busy creating cozy quilts for the Sleep in Heavenly Peace project.

Sleep in Heavenly Peace is a volunteer organization that builds beds for kids who are sleeping on the floor.

Food for Life - Kickstart Your Health

• Southside Outreach Program Coordinator

Develop and coordinate senior programs offered in Southside and other under-served Tallahassee communities.

• Fitness Instructor

A dynamic Fitness Instructor to teach 60-minute LIFE Exercise classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

• Looking for a rewarding Volunteer job? The Senior Center is looking for Volunteer Receptionists on both a permanent and a substitute basis. The Receptionist is the first person visitors see at the Senior Center and answers the main phone line. The permanent position would be every Thursday from 12:30-5pm. Subs are on an as-needed basis.
