Sarah is a senior at Battle Mountain High School with a passion for conservation and environmental advocacy. She has been interning with EVLT for her Fall semester through a school-run class called Career X. Within her internship, she has been involved in stewardship projects with Jessica, learned about nonprofit development with Brittany, and was able to create a new educative partnership with the Battle Mountain Environmental Club with Bergen. In addition to interning with EVLT, Sarah is the current president of the Battle Mountain Environmental Club where she enjoys participating in local sustainability projects with her school. Next year she hopes to attend a university where she can study environmental and conservation biology. Thanks for all of your hard work, Sarah!
