Poll of the Month

Vote in our monthly polls! Every month we will be asking a question and post the final results in the following month's newsletter. Have a question you would like us to put out to the masses? DM us your question on Instagram, @ARPMrents, and your question may be selected next month!

In March we asked what springtime activity was our reader's favorite. Here were our top two results:

Hiking and walking outdoors is such a nice activity. Winter blues who? Never heard of her.

Penn State students, you are almost there! It is the final stretch and you got this. Good luck on finals, you are almost at summer break! And for seniors, graduation is almost here! An early congrats to you.

With finals season in full swing, talking about managing stress is important. Even if you aren't a student, everyone should have a hobby or something they do to destress. What is your favorite activity to clear your mind?

What do you do most often to destress?
Spending quality time with friends/family
Watching a show/movie
Playing videogames
Going to the gym/exercising
Going for a walk
A form of visual art (Drawing, sewing, sculpting, photography, etc.)
Playing an instrument/singing
Listening to music
Reading
Writing
