LECOM Alumnus Named Chief Operating Officer for St. John's Riverside

Dr. Michael DiGiorno, a well-recognized and highly esteemed member of the St. John's Riverside Hospital medical staff, has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer for the Hospital.

This appointment marks a significant milestone for the hospital as Dr. DiGiorno is the first physician to hold the key leadership position at St. John's Riverside.

LECOM Health Selected by CMS to Test Medicare Dementia Care Model

LECOM Health has been selected by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to participate in a new Medicare alternative payment model designed to support people living with dementia and to assist their caregivers.

In a transformation of its well-known moniker, the LECOM Institute for Successful Aging has been renamed as the LECOM Institute for Successful Living.

This name change reflects the growth and expansion of additional services that the Institute recently has added within its continuum of care.
