It's flannel and pumpkin spice time! Errr... maybe we are getting a little ahead of ourselves. But fall is approaching, and so is our anticipation for all the fun the new season brings!

Hey, hi, hiya! 👋 Glad you're here. We have welcomed a lot of new tenants this past month to the ARPM family. For those of you who do not know, every month we will be sending you an email jam packed with things to do around the area during the month, so you always stay in the know and can make the most of your free time!
Without further ado, lets see what September has in store for us!

September 1st | 5 PM | Bellefonte
Enjoy an evening of live music, vendors, activities, historic walking tours, movies, and much more during this Summer series event celebrating Bellefonte's shopping, dining, arts, and craft beverages.

$10 | September 3rd | 2 PM | Lambert Hall
Centre County Dance will be hosting a ballroom dance which will consist of a half hour lesson to start, and general dancing afterwards. BYOB and bring a snack to share.

September 3rd | 11 AM- 4 PM | Coburn Park
There is something for everyone at Crickfest. Whether you're there for the food (p.s: gluten free options available), the pie contest, native plant sale, water bottle rocket launch, betting on the rubber duck race, dancing, musical cake walk, silent auction, or one of the many other offered events, you are sure to find something for you and your friends or family to enjoy.

Experience an intimate show with five-time Grammy winner and Blues Hall of Fame inductees, the Robert Cray Band.

Agatha Christie's the Mouse Trap is a record breaking murder mystery with a brilliant surprise finish. Come see why it is the world's largest running play-- or experience it again!

This casual social gaming event is open to all ages to play a variety of consoles and games, from Switch, Wii, PS3, SNES, N64, PS2, and even PC games. Competitive options such as Super Smash Bros and Mario Kart will be available. You are welcome to bring your own controllers and games, but please note that M-rated games are not allowed as this is an all-ages event.

The Center for the Performing Arts Multicultural Move Mix Festival will celebrate both traditional Indian and contemporary Latin dance and modern Bhangra music. Performers include Red Baraat, Ady Martinez Dancy Party, Caliente Dance Company, and Sher Bhangra. Registration is free but requested.

The American Cancer Society invites you to this wonderful fundraiser event to win a new car! A ticket gives you and a guest entry into the event as well as 1 chance at winning the car. Only 500 tickets will be sold, making the chances at winning much higher than other drawings! You do not need to be in attendance to win. More information below.

Enjoy two days of Bull Riding, Bronc Riding, Barrel Racing, Steer Wrestling, Tie Down Roping, Break Away Roping, and Team Roping. Hosted by Delta Theta Sigma of Penn State.

Philipsburg is hosting their first Hippie Dayze festival, a two day family-friendly event filled with music, vendors, food, tie-dye, and a whole lot of fun! Parking is $5/car. Tent camping is also permitted, but no RV's. More information can be found on their website below.
