Important Announcements


Step Up for Students - Apply for, or renew, your application NOW! Once you see the completed status, email your student's award ID number to Nancy Nelson. Please take care of this PROMPTLY!

Upper School Aftercare - There is no aftercare for Upper School students on exam days (Tuesday-Thursday). Upper School students must be picked up at noon.

1st Day School Supplies - Save time and skip the hassle of back-to-school shopping. Order your school supplies for next school year and have them delivered to your home before school starts in August, ORDER HERE before June 30th. This is an optional service offered for convenience. Be sure to order for the grade your student is going into next year.

Ribbon Cutting & Dedication Ceremony - We will have a formal dedication and ribbon cutting ceremony for our new learning center classrooms (which will house the Vo-Tech Program) THIS THURSDAY at 5 PM. Join us in the Upper School courtyard. All are invited! RSVP HERE.


UPDATE Your Information - Please take time to review your demographic information in FACTS and update anything that is in error (mailing address, email addresses, phone numbers, church, employer, etc.). Note that our Parent Alert short code number is 317065. Please save this contact on your cell phone to allow parent alerts.

Handbooks - 2024-2025 Parent-Student Handbooks are being updated and will be available in your FACTS family portal this summer. You will be notified by email when they are uploaded.

Upper School IOWA Standardized Test Scores - These will be sent home with students by this Friday.

SAT/ACT Boot Camp - June 3-7. Details HERE.


Fellowship of Christian Athletes - Summer Power Camp for students age 8-13 will be held June 10th - 14th. Register HERE or email JR Crooks for more information.

Summer Reading Lists - These may be found on our website by selecting Academics and then grade level.

Volunteer Opportunities

All volunteer service hours were due on May 1st.

If you would like to get a jump start on your 2024-2025 hours, we do have some summer projects!

Athletic News


Varsity and JV Football Jamboree - This Saturday, May 18th, 1:00 PM, at Ocala Christian School

Golf Interest - Any rising middle or high school students interested in playing golf for Master's Academy, please email Steve Boyer.

Girls Basketball - Conditioning for 6th - 12th grade girls who are playing basketball for Master's begins Monday, May 20th at 3:30 PM. Also, summer basketball camps for girls in grades 6 and up begin May 27th. Contact Coach Conard for more information.

Car Wash - Please support the cheer and football teams on Saturday, June 1st, 9 AM - 2 PM at Advance Auto Parts (1266 US Hwy 1) or NAPA Auto Parts (4445 20th Street).

Cheerleading Tryouts - TODAY and TOMORROW, 3:30 - 5:00 PM, in the worship center. Any girls who are interested in cheer MUST tryout and must have an EL2 form on file.

Congratulations to the graduating class of 2024 and thank you to everyone who attended the commencement ceremony on Friday evening. It was a beautiful celebration of the graduates!
