November 2nd, 2010 Election Day

It doesn't take courage to change America,

it takes courage to keep it.

Greetings!

November 2nd, the people will vote in a nation of self-governance. If they show up in sufficient numbers for their duty, then they have one mandate beyond question: self-rule. My piece today narrows this down a little.

Joining me are David Codrea and middle-class conservative Gerard Valentino.

Gun owner and second amendment ally Dr. Laura is with us today on her case study of courage. Like I say, it doesn't take courage to change America, it takes courage to keep it, and we keep it by living it with integrity.

Glad you're with me, too.

Love of Liberty,
John Longenecker

John Longenecker Safer Streets Mandate.. What Mandate?

ME

The American electorate has a lot to complain about in why the liberals will be unseated... presuming people go to the polls and there is no voter fraud.

Americans are getting tired of nonsense excuses for failures, nonsense reasoning, and nonsense conditions to begin with; these conditions we endure are the products of past liberal policies, and for the fist time in a long time, people are getting sick of it.

One of the worst excuses is the claim that liberals misread the mandate.

Friends, there was no mandate. There never was a mandate for the things liberals pulled off; there was only one small thing, and that was a lack of supervision of public servants.

But tomorrow, there will be a mandate, won't there? From the TEA Party to the newest registered voter, there ought to be a wave -- a tsunami -- of mandate for putting it back the way it was.

Because the liberals never did have a mandate to begin with. Misreading the mandate, my foot!

It ranks right up there with the excuse that the left is not getting it's message out - not articulating it well.

The key for tomorrow is to send the message beyond question; Yes, the incoming Congress DO have a mandate, and that mandate is to repeal all of what the left has done.

And that begins with no longer accepting excuses, adverse conditions and pleadings of mistake. Because, pleading mistake, making excuses and creating adverse conditions outside of our sovereign consent are what have made for unsafe streets, insecure property rights, values and assets, and unsafer futures.

Oh, and one more thing: why do we have a mandate and liberals do not?

Because of this: liberal policies have made certain that Liberty in America is still a concept some here have never known. There are simply too many Americans who do not yet know what it is like to be free.

Remember to vote tomorrow. Freedom is really what you will be voting for.

David Codrea Second Amendment

Will gun owners vote based on personal research or group endorsements?

Tomorrow's midterm elections, if we're to believe all the sound and fury, will be momentous, a sea change in American politics. Whether it proves to be once players are swapped on the field and assume the power and all it implies remains to be seen.

DL[ . . .] She was a "whistle blower" who reported the major drug company to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for atrocious violations which risked lives, and she got fired. Now, that company is paying the major part of a billion dollars to the government and has issued an apology and expressed the intent to remedy the situation at the manufacturing plant. More . . .

VALENTINO

As American rolls toward the end of another election cycle there is a feeling among the electorate that the government needs to change the way it does business. We can only hope the grassroots conservative movement that is at the heart of the current revolution doesn't burn out before the change is complete. More . . .
