Soul Science Lab, with Chen Lo and Asante Amin, specializes in music and multimedia production, live performance, and culturally responsive arts education. Commissioned by Carnegie Hall, their project, Make a Joyful Noize, merges music, film, and movement to celebrate the healing and inspirational power of Black joy. The duo has collaborated with several arts institutions such as Lincoln Center, Harlem Stage, SXSWedu, and Classical Theater of Harlem to create innovative programs.

FLIP Fabrique's Muse, a circus performance, aims to provide insights on what drives individuals to embrace their true selves and push boundaries beyond their limits. The show challenges traditional gender norms by featuring acrobats of all genders showcasing their remarkable skills. The performance, set to an original soundtrack by beatmaker Millimetric and live vocals by singer Flavia Nascimento, impressively combines athleticism and artistry, promising to leave the audience in awe.

Join Shaver's Creek in celebrating the first harvest of the new year at their annual Maple Harvest Festival and Pancake Breakfast, a tradition since 1984. The festival offers visitors a chance to learn about the maple sugaring process, both historically and in modern times. You can learn how to identify and tap sugar maple trees, visit the Sugar Shack to see sap turned into syrup, and watch costumed interpreters demonstrate sugaring techniques used by Native Americans, pioneers, and modern-day farmers. In addition, there will be live music and animal programs featuring resident birds of prey, reptiles, and amphibians. And of course, enjoy the festival's highlight, all-you-can-eat pancakes with maple syrup!
