Thank You:
National Travel + Tourism Week Marked 35 Years
|
|
Thank you for joining us and thousands of partners across the country to celebrate
National Travel and Tourism Week
(NTTW) last week! Throughout Wyoming, travel, tourism and hospitality partners came together to showcase the importance of tourism in Wyoming, with highlights that included
Goshen County
visiting every town in their region and doing live radio remotes throughout the week.
Governor Mead
also joined the celebration by working in the industry and scooping ice cream at Lollypops in Saratoga with
Carbon County Visitor Council,
serving ice cream at Little America in Cheyenne with
Visit Cheyenne
and assisting with breakfast at Johnny J's in Casper with
Visit Casper
.
From all of us at WOT,
thank you
for all you do to champion the travel, tourism and hospitality industry in your place of business, your community and our state. Our industry is vibrant, strong and growing because of all the work you put in every day.

Spotlight on Wyoming:
WOT + Industry Partner Successes
|
|
24 members of the media, as well as social media influencers, recently attended
media events in Denver and Boulder, Colorado
, where they were introduced to the Cowboy State, as well as participating partners from Sweetwater County Travel & Tourism, Sheridan Travel & Tourism, Carbon County Visitor Council, Visit Cheyenne and Backwards Distilling Company. As Denver and Colorado's Front Range remain a key target market for WOT and industry partners, participation at this event gave partner attendees an opportunity to share story ideas and connect with media and social media influencer attendees.
