Hola, Hello, 你好 (Nǐ hǎo) CBX Team,

As we reach the year's midpoint, let's pause to celebrate the incredible journey we've embarked on together. Time has flown as we've navigated our busy lives, balancing family, responsibilities, and the ever-evolving demands of our industry. The past six months have been a testament to our collective resilience at CBX Global: significant geopolitical changes, industry challenges, and climate concerns with rising temperatures, but we also emerged more robust and united.

Our global stations continue to adapt and thrive in the dynamic world of logistics. This adaptability is a direct result of the dedication and passion of our team members. Your commitment and love for this company are not just the soul of CBX but also the driving force behind our growth and success. For that, I extend my deepest gratitude; we have many great news:

  • The construction of our new warehouse in the Dominican Republic's free trade zone of Nigua is progressing. This new warehouse has the target to be operational by the end of Q3 2024. This new warehouse will add 65,000 SQFT to our current warehouse capacity in this country.

  • We are excited to promote our seventh warehouse in Carolina, Puerto Rico, which is completed and will soon provide additional space for our customers. These warehouses are designed with high standards to manage all types of customers, including Medical Devices and General Health Care goods.

  • Our Central American stations are also evolving and aligning with our sustainability plan, making us one of the most successful companies in the region. Thanks to our aggressive balance adjustments, our success track helped us be ahead of our competitors; our experienced leadership and team are committed to learning more, being creative, and moving toward the future. Our newest office in the region is Costa Rica, which continues to grow organically and is on its way to becoming a success story.

  • Our Asia operations continue to paddle fast in this volatile market. In China, our team is tackling the challenge of rising ocean rates, working closely with our Western Hemisphere colleagues to navigate these changes with resilience.
  • Our USA stations continue their solid, sustainable growth, constantly innovating to offer new solutions to our customers. Despite the many challenges faced by the logistics industry in 2023 and 2024, CBX Global remains a leader thanks to our solid and dedicated team.

Team, I am incredibly proud of each one of you. Your unwavering commitment and resilience have made us stronger and more prepared for the future. Together, we are meeting challenges and transforming them into opportunities for growth and success. Please remember to spend time with your loved ones, grab a book, get a hobby, and do whatever it takes to have a balanced life. Wellness and balance are vital to maintaining our strength and energy.

Thank you for your hard work and dedication. Your efforts do not go unnoticed, and I am honored to be a part of this journey with you.

Let's continue to move forward with confidence, strength, and unity. The future is bright because of you.

Success is not final; failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that count." – Winston Churchill.

CBX Global - Trucking Service

Trucking services are essential in the logistics industry, facilitating the movement of goods and materials. CBX Global provides reliable trucking services throughout Central America, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and the United States, offering a variety of solutions regardless of your freight, as well as LTL, FTL, expedited, and container drayage trucking services.

What is LTL?

LTL refers to less-than-truckload. LTL is when multiple shippers' freight is on the same trailer rather than having a single company's freight exclusively on an individual trailer. Several LTL shipments are combined into one truck to fill

it as near to capacity as possible.

The number of pallets for LTL ranges from 1 to 12 or can include partial pallets. The total weight of the load can range between 150 and 15,000 lbs.

What is FTL?

FTL refers to full truckload freight. Where most or all of the truck is at capacity.

FTL shipping is commonly used for large shipments that require taking up the

entire truck or at least close to it. Also when customers request expedited services.

For standard 48" x 40" pallets, this is typically around 24-26 pallets for a 48-foot truck and 26-30 for a 53-foot truck. With 14 pallets, carriers would consider the shipment to be FTL.

What is Expedited?

Expedited Services refer to a services that prioritizes speed and efficiency, ensuring that goods are delivered much faster than standard shipping options.

These services are often used when time-sensitive or urgent deliveries are required. Is ideal for industries or situations where timely delivery is crucial, such as medical supplies, perishable goods, or urgent business materials.

What is Drayage?

Drayage service is associated with the transport of shipping containers and involves moving cargo from a port or rail terminal to a warehouse, distribution center, etc. This service is a crucial component of the supply chain, especially in the import/export industry, ensuring that goods move efficiently between different transportation hubs and their final destinations.

Overall, CBX Global offers completely services that set us apart, making us the source for any range of trucking needs.
