Falls are a leading cause of injury regardless of age, but as we get older, the impact that a fall has on our lives can be significant. Be we have good news - many falls can be prevented! By learning to identify and correct the factors that put you at risk for a fall, you can take control and greatly reduce your concerns, fear, and chances of experiencing a fall.
