The Resurrection of the Lord

EASTER SUNDAY, MARCH 31

Sunday Mass: 9 a.m. (in-person and online) & 11 a.m. (in-person in church and Cullen Hall)

Good Friday — 12 p.m.

Outdoor Stations of the Cross

We will gather in the south parking lot to pray and follow our Lord's footsteps through his Passion and death. In case of inclement weather, we will move into the church.

We need a few families to play a special role during our time together. Interested in learning more? Email lbelza@stlads.org.

Good Friday — 7:30 p.m.

Movie Viewing

Join us in the church for a viewing of Mel Gibson's "The Passion of the Christ". The film covers the final 12 hours before Jesus' death. This movie is rated R and requires adult supervision.

Holy Saturday — 12 p.m.

Blessing of the Food

Did you know: The earliest known recorded prayers for the blessing of foods on Holy Saturday are found in a Missal published in Poland dating back to the early 12th century?

We invite you and your family to bring your baskets and food to the church for a brief blessing service.

A special thanks to all who gave their time and energy this past weekend to help prepare our parish for Holy Week. This includes members of the St. Vincent de Paul Society, Men's Fellowship, the Knights of Columbus, and many other parishioners. May God bless you!
