This week we are in Zone 2 our Kitchen!
The kitchen is the heart of our home.
Focus on one little part — reclaim your kitchen sink. Empty everything out of your sink, shine it up, fill it with hot soapy water, and start washing dishes, one at a time.
- Do a 27-Fling "Trash" Boogie. Trash is clutter. When the bag is full, take it outside, right away, to the trash bin.
- Clear out your mail hotspot. Get rid of the old magazines, catalogs, and advertisements.
- Clear the clutter off your counters one at a time.
- Clear the clutter off your kitchen table.
- Take a peek at your pantry. Don't pull everything out and start reorganizing; just take a look, see what you need, and start a grocery list.
If your kitchen is clean but still cluttered: start decluttering. Check out our daily missions. FlyLady usually sends out one during the week which concentrates on decluttering one small area of your kitchen.
Sunday is our day to Renew Our Spirit with our Father in Heaven!
Each Sunday is the day to Renew Your Spirit. This is a day to take time for yourself and build YOU up with your favorite things. If you don't Renew Your Spirit, you can't renew the spirit of others. Here are some great ideas:
- Go worship at Church
- A movie at the local theater
- A walk in the park
- Curl up with a good book
- Take a long hot bubble bath
- Watch a favorite movie
There are so many ways you can Renew Your Spirit. Find some that work for you.
"You have to love yourself to get your home in order." - FlyLady
No Missions on the Weekend
Dear Friends,
Do your morning routine as quickly as possible, put something in your crock pot and then spend time in worship with our Father in Heaven.
No FlyKid Missions on the Weekend
Hi Kids,
If you will just make your bed; your room will look and feel clean. Then if you will place your dirty clothes in your hamper your parents will be blown away by how wonderful your room is!
We have a Student Control Journal for you, it's FREE.
