Free WiFi - To make internet access accessible to all, many public libraries and community centers across Virginia are providing free Wi-Fi access outside their buildings. Click here for a Wi-Fi map and listing of Wi-Fi hotspots.

Financial Assistance - The Newport News Supplemental Assistance Funding for Emergencies (SAFE) program, is offering one-time financial assistance for food, utility bills, childcare, rent or mortgage, transportation and medication. To learn more, click here.
Rental Assistance - James City County's Urgent Need Subsistence Payment Program provides rent and financial assistance, and housing counseling for people in need. To learn more, click here.
