Results From Grand Island Chamber Survey

Last month, the Grand Island Chamber surveyed members in an effort to gather feedback on the Chamber’s services and events. Survey results have been tallied — and here are some of the key findings:

  • Nearly 77% of respondents said the Chamber was “doing great” or “doing well” in meeting expectations.
  • Nearly 80% of respondents named the Chamber’s newsletter and other communications as the service they value most.
  • Networking events (such as business after-hours and ribbon cuttings) and community development efforts were also mentioned by more than half of respondents as most-valued services.
  • Nearly 60% of respondents said workforce (talent attraction and retention) was the biggest challenge facing their business.

In the coming months, the Chamber will be announcing and implementing new initiatives in response to member input. Thanks to all Chamber partners who took time to participate in our survey.
