Pickleball Lessons with Coach Gary
Our new coach, Gary Cassera is on board to take your game to the next level with new workouts and lessons.
He will be leading three two-hour Intro to Pickleball sessions on Sunday, August 25, September 22 and October 20, from 1 to 3 p.m.
He will also be teaching Skills and Strategy Sessions with Coach Gary on Sunday, August 18 and Sunday, September 29 from 1 to 3 p.m.

Running Group
Join our running group led by experienced ultra marathoner Coach Kyle Long. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone who wants to start running or improve their running skills. The group will prepare for a 5k and meet every Monday at 6 p.m. Please note that the location will vary but will remain within Blaine and Birch Bay.
The August session will start on Monday, August 5 and end on August 26.
Each 4-week session costs $13 for all four classes!

Hey there, parents and guardians! We've got some awesome news to share - our afterschool program just got a major upgrade! Starting September 9, we will be open longer, from Monday to Thursday until 5 p.m. That means more time for your little ones to enjoy all the fun activities we've got lined up for them right on the Blaine School Campus. From cool crafts to exciting games and sports, we've got it all to keep your kids engaged, happy, and entertained. And guess what? It's only $7 per child per day, and we even offer scholarships for those in need. Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity for your kiddos! Let's have a blast together at our afterschool program! Teen Strength is back this summer!
The Teen Strength Training Camp with Coach Kyle Long is back for a new four-week session this August! Classes take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
This 4-week course is designed to introduce youth to the primary concepts of strength programming, with an emphasis on teaching proper gym etiquette, movement technique and methods of progressing a strength training program over time. We believe strongly that educating participants at a young age on both the benefits and the proper implementation of strength training will encourage a lifetime of healthy movement as well as athletic development for sports.
Coach Kyle brings 17 years of coaching experience to the course as well as 15 years of experience as both a professional soccer player and ultra-runner. He specializes in building strength training programs for individuals of all ages and abilities.
Every Monday and Wednesday from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Family Open Gym
Family Open Gym sessions are available every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2 to 3:15 p.m. at the Birch Bay Activity Center. Additionally, for the summer season, we have added a new time slot every Thursday from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Blaine Pavilion. But these are only until August 8! This is a great opportunity for families to come together and enjoy playing basketball, indoor soccer, or just running around. Please note that caregiver supervision is required for this activity.
