Stay active! - Go for a daily walk, or if you don't want to leave the house, pull up an at home workout video on YouTube.

Browns

The Browns finished the 2023 season with a playoff loss to the Houston Texans and a final record of 11 wins – 7 losses. At the NFL Honors awards for the 2023 season, the team took home awards for Coach of the Year — Kevin Stefanski, Assistant Coach of the Year — Jim Schwartz, Defensive Player of the Year — Myles Garrett and Comeback Player of the Year — Joe Flacco.


Cavs

With 14 games left in the regular season, the CAVS’s record of 43 wins – 25 losses is good for 3rd place in the Eastern Conference and 6th overall in the league. After a slow start, they have been playing excellent team ball since January led by MVP candidate, Donovan Mitchell. Their next game is today at 7pm against the Miami Heat, which includes the former CAV Kevin Love.  


Guardians

The Guardians are wrapping up their first spring training under new manager Stephen Vogt. The team opens the 2024 season with a 4-game series at the Oakland A’s starting on March 28th. Then they travel to the Seattle Mariners and the Minnesota Twins for 3-games series before returning home. The home opener is Monday, April 8th against the Chicago White Sox.

Bird Feeder Wreath: A circular mold, wide ribbon, some birdseed, and some melted suet are all you need to help feed our feathery friends over the winter months.

Shoe Holder Planter: You will need a pole like a curtain rod, along with screws to secure it to the wall, sturdy hanging hooks, compost or quality potting soil, and plants or seeds. Also, a 2 by 2 inch (5 x 5 cm.) piece of wood that is as long as the width of the shoe organizer will be used to keep the pockets away from the wall.

Re-usable "Swiffer" Pad: Use a washcloth, towel, or t-shirt. "Swifter" mops are a 5”x10”.


  1. Clean your walls with hot soapy water and a microfiber cloth
  2. Use the crevice tool on your vacuum to reach into the small space between your stove and counter, then place a stove gap cover between the counter and stove 
  3. Dust your blinds and clean your windows
  4. Deep clean your carpets with a carpet cleaner, which you can rent or buy
  5. Clean your oven by first placing a hot, wet cloth on burned spots then clean out with an oven cleaner
  6. For stainless steel appliances, mix a solution of one teaspoon dish detergent and one quart hot tap water, rub into appliance with a microfiber cloth, then rinse with hot water and dry immediately.
  7. Throw out expired cosmetics
  8. Kill dust mites in your mattress, first use a top-performing clothing steamer to kill dust mites near the surface. Vacuum the mattress afterward, making sure to press firmly with your vacuum's upholstery and crevice tools to clean the top and sides. After vacuuming, sanitize the mattress with a disinfecting spray


Otis

1.Otis loves going for long walks.

Daisy

1.Daisy is a Chocolate Great Dane 

2.She is very active and loves drinking water, she knows how to get ice by herself from our refrigerator door

3.She is almost 6 foot tall when she stands


Checkers

1.Checkers is very playful, loves to run and binky (180–turn in midair)

2.She likes to go on top of the cage and jump off

3.She is very spoiled and hates when mom leaves for work


Arab Health Trade Show


Brian and Larry traveled to Dubai, U.A.E. this January to attend the Arab Health Trade Show. This event was hosted by Informa Markets.
