*Inspiring Woman Alert*
Our Instructor of the Month, Crystal Maita, got her start similar to many of our teachers. She was a client at Evolution who felt inspired to take one of our certification courses, Hot Pilates Teacher Training with April Clendenin, and absolutely fell in love with the craft. What really stands out about Crystal is how much of a natural she is at leading a Pilates class, her near-perfect form in Pilates movements and her dedication as a girl-mom. She embodies the example she wishes to set for her daughter by fearlessly pursuing her dreams while balancing the demands of life with a can-do attitude.
It's no wonder she has gained the loyalty and adoration of so many of you already. Her classes are challenging and uplifting and her energy is infectious! If you haven't joined Crystal on the mat, we encourage you to do so, and we definitely recommend you get to know her by reading her written interview below.
