Nebraska REALTORS® Association Board of Directors appointed Membership Services Task Force to evaluate current services provided to NRA members. This Task Force will be chaired by Bill Swanson of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Ambassador Real Estate and will be reporting back to the NRA Board of Directors in June 2024.
Nebraska REALTORS® Association Board of Directors appointed a REALTOR® of the Year Task Force to look at alternative methods for NRA. This Task Force will be chaired by Andy Alloway of Nebraska Realty in Omaha and will report back to the NRA Board of Directors later this year.
Nebraska REALTORS® Association Board of Directors voted to expand their Past President’s Scholarship Fund beyond the existing fund at the University of Nebraska Foundation; which helps students in fields of study related to the real estate industry, to begin an endowment fund at Metro Community College. The donated funds will require 5 years to mature before a scholarship may be awarded; however, these monies will also go to help students who are interested in pursuing a career in the real estate industry.

There were 32 members who were awarded with the NE PRO Certification for 2023. These members donate a lot of their time volunteering for their REALTOR® Associations and as a result get their State dues refunded to them! Congratulations!
There were 25 members who were awarded with the First year Mark of Excellence Award. There were 8 members who have earned the Mark of Excellence for 5 years, and 7 members who earned it for 10 years! The Mark of Excellence's goal is to promote professionalism in the industry by recognizing members for their participation at the local, state, and national levels of the REALTOR® organization. Congratulations, everyone!
