GARDEN CITY BEACH HOME PRICE REPORT

The chart above shows the average sales price of property in Garden City Beach during the month of March 2023. The average single-family home price was up 4.5 percent at $1,221,250, and the average townhouse/condo price was up 25.3 percent at $378,333 compared to the same month as last year.

Surfside & Murrells Inlet

According to data made available by the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS, the average Surfside Beach single-family home sales price was down 17.4 percent at $465,901, and the average townhouse/condo sales price was up 52 percent at $243,936.

The average Murrells Inlet single-family home sales price was up 5.5 percent at $507,621, and the average townhouse/condo sales price was down 1.2 percent at $288,023.

All statistics are compiled from sales during the month of March 2023 compared to the same month the previous year.
