21 Tips to Help with Self-Kindness
- Give yourself a break from thinking something is always wrong with you, your body, your life, the present.
- If you find yourself pushing or proving - then stop. When you are proving you’re losing.
- Talk to yourself like a beloved friend or a cherished child instead of a sadistic bootcamp commandant.

- Spend time being present with people you love and your pets too. These are the moments that matter.
- Saving things for a rainy day or for “best”? The present is perfect and now is “the best”. Stun in your great gear and wear your special perfumes now.
- Decide today is a worry and anxiety-free day. Put it in a box and let it lie. Feel the freedom of lightness.

- Get that anxiety is a useless fortune teller.
- Stop waiting for someone to see your merit and appreciate you. Beat them do it by doing that for yourself.

- Decide you are in the right place at the right time and relax.
- Think of daydreaming as getting your cosmic orders in.
