Parking is available in the large lot next to building 2 at Rochester Tech Park.
Please note the roads are still open to traffic as there are still some businesses in operation during this
time.

Course
The Half Marathon course will be made up of 4 loops at approx. 3.3miles each. The course will be open to (limited) traffic. This is an evening event. The course will be lit, but headlamps are strongly recommended. The Winter Warrior Half Marathon is a certified course.

Bathrooms and the water stop will be located at the start/finish area. The relay exchange point will be just past the start/finish area.
Course Time Limit
All Half Marathon and Half Marathon Relay participants must start their final lap before 7:00 pm. Any participant not starting their final lap by 7:00 pm will not be allowed to run the remaining lap. The course will close at 8:00 pm.

Timing Details - Half Marathon
We will be timing the race using the MyLaps BibTag System. Your timing chip is on the back of yo
ur bib. It is very important that the bib is worn on the front torso of each participant.
**Do not cover your bib with your jacket, water belt or water pack.
It needs to be uncovered completely to read the chip. If you lose, forget or misplace your bib on race day, there is a $5.00 replacement fee. No chip, no time.
Timing Details - Relay
Each Relay Team member will receive a bib with your team name on it. None of these bibs will have the timing chip attached to it. Your team will also receive ONE bib with the word “TIMING” on it. This timing bib has a timing chip attached to the back and it will be attached to a belt. This belt will have to be passed & worn by each member of the team while running their respective legs. For example, if you are running “Leg 1″, you will wear the belt with the timing bib and after you are done with your leg, you will then pass it to your team member who is running “Leg 2″, etc. Whoever is running the final leg needs to be wearing this belt to be sure that your team time registers at the finish line.

Relay Exchange
The Relay exchange area is located close to the south west corner of the main parking area just past the start/finish line. There will be a 10x10 heated tent near the Relay exchange area for team members to wait for their next runner.
Bathrooms
There will be porta-potties located at the start/finish area.
Start/Finish Line Area Tents
There will be 2 large white tents in the start/finish line area. Both tents will be heated. The main tent will house registration, results, post-race food & awards. The VIP tent is for p
articipants of the Four Season Challenge, the Fleet Feet Training Programs & the Fleet Feet Race Team. There will be additional amenities for these participants in the VIP tent.
Due to the weather forecast, we have increased the amount of heaters for the tents, added 2 additional heated warming tents for the course and also secured indoor lobby space by the Finish Line for warming up.
Post Race Food
After the race, join us for delicious hot mac & cheese from Sticky Lips & warm bone broth from CoreLife Eatery, in additional to other goodies. Post race food will be located inside the main tent (it will also be in the VIP tent for Four Season Challenge, Training Program & Race Team participants).
Awards
Cash prizes for the Top 3 Overall Male/Female ($250, $150, $100). Age Group Awards to Top 3 in Male/Female 5 year age groups. (19 & under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & up). Top Overall Team in each category: All Male, All Female, and Mixed Team.
There will not be an awards ceremony on race day. Overall Winners, Age Group Winners & Relay Team Awards can stop at the awards table once results have been posted to claim your award. Awards will also be available for pick-up after the race at Fleet Feet Sports @ The Armory between January 9th - 23rd. Awards will not be mailed.
