The Future of the Middle East After October 7

Asher Fredman is Senior Managing Fellow at the Misgav Institute for National Security, and Director for Israel at the Abraham Accords Peace Institute. The Misgav Institute is Israel’s leading national security policy center, headed by Israel’s longest-serving National Security Advisor, Meir Ben Shabbat. Asher grew up in Scarsdale, NY, before completing his BA and MA at Harvard University and moving to Israel in 2008, where he spent nine years in Israel’s Prime Minister’s Office and Strategic Affairs Ministry. He currently lives in Jerusalem with his wife and four children.
