COMMUNITY UPDATES

Fitness Center

Our vendor will be out today to repair the recumbent bike. We have also ordered new parts for one of the treadmills. We hope to get that repaired in the next couple of weeks as well. The treadmill can still be used in the meantime.

To ensure proper deep cleaning of our fitness center, we plan on closing the space for several hours once a quarter. We will be sharing a tentative schedule with the community and will provide proper notice prior to each cleaning.

String Lights

The timer for our string lights over the lawn is no longer functioning so we have scheduled an electrician to come out and replace the timer box.

Sidewalk on Deerpath Dr.

The excavation project for this area will begin next week. Please continue to use caution in this area.

Financials

As a reminder, our monthly financials are posted on our website, mygatewayparks.com, every month. You can view these under the Resources tab and by clicking on Community Documents.

Greenspace off Palmetto Drive

We are aware of the damage to the greenspace due to an approved home modification project. We are working with the homeowners and the contractor to ensure the space is restored to its original condition.

As always, please contact us with any questions or concerns. Have a wonderful weekend!

Violations | Modifications

TIP 1

Once the ice has melted, give the soil a chance to dry. As the temperatures warm up, make sure your flowerbeds, trees, and shrubs get a drink of water to keep plants properly hydrated. Drought-stressed plants are more susceptible to frost damage.

TIP 2

Winter pruning consists of removing damage to maintain the health of your plant. Remove only the unhealthy areas to reduce the spread of disease and promote new growth.

TIP 3

Protecting plants with mulch is essential to hard freeze recovery. Mulching does more than complete the look of your landscape, it acts as a natural garden insulation for the ultimate freeze and frost protection.

COMMON VIOLATIONS

  • Weeds/Grass in flowerbeds and tree wells. (Remove grass and treat yard for weeds)
