The Office of Financial Aid is pleased to invite you to our Financial Aid Fact Check event on July 11, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. We recognize that the financial aid process can often be confusing for both students and staff, particularly with the recent changes introduced by the FAFSA Simplification Act. To address these challenges, we have organized this event to:
- Dispel common myths and misconceptions about FAFSA and TASFA.
- Provide clear and effective ways to connect with our financial aid staff when assistance is needed.
- Equip you with the knowledge and tools necessary to better assist students with their financial aid questions and concerns.
This session is designed to enhance our collective understanding of the financial aid process, ensuring that we can offer the best possible support to our students. By working together, we can help our students navigate their financial aid options more effectively, contributing to their academic and personal success.
