Where?
The ceremony and news conference will take place near the project building site in Belmont Park, (12th & Judson), just north of the Belmont Community Center.

Parking will be available in the Belmont Community Center parking lot (3335 No. 12th St.), across the street in the Belmont Recreation Center parking lot (1234 Judson St.), and on the street.

IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER , the news conference and (pictures) will be in the Belmont Recreation Center (1234 Judson St.) in the south conference room.
When?
Please arrive between 9:30 and 9:45 AM on Friday, August 10 .  The conference begins promptly at 10 AM .
